The owners of this property on Nantucket Sound wanted more room for guests and entertaining during the summer months. The design and build team was assembled and nearly every room in the existing house was completely renovated. A 7000 square foot addition was built to accommodate a new gourmet kitchen and guest quarters. All of the existing bathrooms were remodeled with custom cabinetry and new fixtures and fittings and two new luxurious master baths, his and hers, were added. The result is an elegant seaside estate this family will enjoy for generations to come.
